ATE PLAST OOD is one of the leading companies in Bulgaria for production of polyethylene film and finished products from polyethylene such as bags, covers and sheets. Also we produce special mono or multi-layer film types with special application such as Technofol,
Termofol and 5-layer Barrifol.
All of our products can be manufactured in different sizes as per customer request and large variety of colors as well as we are able to offer our clients the possibility the material to be printed in order to present their own goods in more interesting and attractive ways.
The range of materials we produce includes Ldpe, Hdpe, Mdpe, Atestar and barrier films from PA/PE and PE/EVOH. This variety allows expanding the application of our product line from the industries such as Building, Furniture and Agriculture to Meat, Beverage and Dairy.
PRODUCTS:
Termofol – it names the special mono or multilayer shrink film known for its high transparency and gloss but as well for its strength and perfectshrink qualities.
We offer following types:
- Termofol shrink wrap film
- Shrink tubes for packing of pallets
- Shrink covers for packaging of pallets
- Shrink tubes for small packages
- Termofol for high speed automatic lines
Technofol – special types of technical films which are used in different area for transport and storage packaging as well as for the individual package of food and consumer goods. We produce following types of technofol:
- Technofol for FFS lines
- Stretch hood
- Technofol for mattresses, insulation and expanded polystyrene
- Technofol for cosmetic and bags-in-box packaging
Technofol for printing, lamination and coating for different applications such as:
- Films for deep frozen food
- Films for tissue packaging
- Films for diapers packaging
- Films for powder products
- Films for pet food packaging
- Special film for “fill air”
Barrifol and Barriplik –these are the trade names of special 5-layer barrier films and bags which we produce mainly for the food industry. As per their application we offer them in the following way:
- Barrifol for meat and sausages
- Barrifol for dairy products
- Barrifol for liquids (bag-in-box)
- Barrifol for aroma packing
- Barrifol for modified atmosphere packing
- Barrifol for print and laminating with max roll diameter 800 mm
Barriplik - we offer are 3-side sealed vacuum pouches as the sizes could be custom made, different colors and with euro holes.
Bags, covers, sheets
Available in the form of pre-made bags, cover and sheets they are
excellent protection of the products.
We offer following types of bags and covers from Ldpe, Hdpe, Mdpe, Atestar:
Bags and covers flat or with gussets – they could be produced loose in carton box and on roll with tear off perforation as all of the sizes are as per customer request
Bags and covers with micro and macro perforation
Easy open bags on pipes or on block
Bags with cloth hanger opening – the opening is from 5 to 8 mm as per customer request.
The sheets are suitable as top or bottom cover for the pallets and are used in the meat industry as box and crates cover. They can be flat, loose or on a roll with tear off perforation or to be made folded as half tube.
