Our target is consulting state, municipal or private clients on matters related to construction projects investment process compliance with local legislation, verification for completion and assessing energy efficiency and renewable energy projects against established criteria, validating projects against established criteria with design codes, norms and standards, budgeting, cost control, successful execution according to preliminary approved design, compliance with health and safety regulations and launching new developments in operation following compulsory administrative procedures.
NBS-Engineering OOD was established in 1999 with exclusive field of work independent construction supervision. With its five years issued license No.SK-220 on 03.11.1999 by the Bulgarian Ministry of Regional Planning and Development our company acted until end of year 2004. Based on article 166.1. of The Spatial Development Act (ZUT), since 25.11.2004 NBS–Engineering OOD is re-licensed with license �LK-000264 issued from same ministry, to assess investment projects for compliance with standards, legislation and to perform construction supervision until launching in operation.
Since its creation NBS teams were involved at more than 1000 private and public investment projects. Most considerable of them where I played team leader role and I was personally responsible for the success of project completion through all stages of the development are:
- New International Passengers Terminal at Burgas Airport and surrounding infrastructure owned by Bulgarian Government, invested through concessionaire Fraport Twinstar Airport Management AD, with buildup area 21 000 sq.m., 31 check-in counters for 2 500 passengers per hour, budgeted 40 000 000 Euro, implemented jointly by Bulgarian, Turkish, German and British contractors and launched in operation in December 2013 – http://www.bourgas-airport.com/Presscenter/Gallery/NewTerminalConstruction/tabid/171/language/en-US/Default.aspx

- New Aqua Park with historical museum in Byala launched in operation in August 2013
- New 4 Star Hotel Development in Byala launched in operation in May 2010
- Hypermarket Kaufland-2 Varna and surrounding infrastructure launched in operation in August 2010
- New Dentistry Faculty of Medical University in Varna launched in operation in November 2008
- New 5 Star Hotel Development in Golden Sands launched in operation in August 2006
