FLEXICON, big bags, known also as Jumbo bags are consumer’s packing for storage and transportation of a variety of bulk products using different transport means.
Flexible containers /big bags/ bear serious advantages as packing units, incl.:
-low own weight compared to products weight as well in comparison with standard packings made of metal, glass, wood, etc.;
-low own volume in comparison with product’s volume; FIBC can be easily folded and pressed, making their transportation both easy and efficient;
-produced out of materials that can be further fully recycled;
-using FIBC /big bags/ is fully mechanized and thus minimizes need of manual labor;
-FIBC could bear a print, additionally advertising Producer and product;
We manufacture and promote whole variety of standard FIBC, big bags in which different types of dry bulk products can be packed, incl. dusty, granular and/or flake products, etc.

Our FIBC comply with requirements of ISO 21898 definitions for both safety factor /SF and safe working load/SWL.
All FIBC big bags have been certified by a leading international laboratory and are being produced under strict control, providing full traceability of both processes and materials.
Our FIBC, big bags are manufactured out of UV-stabilized woven fabric, made of virgin polypropylene thus ensuring strength and safety both of product and nature.
We offer FIBC, big bags with a polyethylene inner liner which preserve product’s purity and preserve it from extra moisture, incl. FIBC, big bags for direct contact with foodstuffs.

TYPES OF FIBC, big bags:
1.according to number of integrated lifting devices FIBC, big bags can be:
1-and 2-Loop FIBC, big bags, in which load distributes at these 1 or 2 points:
Easy to produce, comparatively cheap and simple to work with these bags have a loading capacity of 5000 kg up to 1500 kg
They could be completed with polyethylene inner liner .
4-Loop FIBC, big bags- 4 integral lifting devices, 25-30 cm length of loop
4-Loop FIBC big bags can be designed and produced in different sizes and specifications according to requirements and needs of Customers
Despite our policy to produce and sell custom-designed FIBC for specific customer needs, generally we can differentiate FIBC as follows:/
А/ according to material of manufacturing
1. manufactured out of standard polypropylene woven , so-called “breathable” fabric
2. laminated- polypropylene-woven fabric additionally laminated at 1-side , thus limiting penetration of moisture and dust both in and out
B/ according their construction on top standard 4-Loop FIBC can be:
1. open top big bags, flat bottom:

Indicated drawings of FIBC are standard to demonstrate min. variety and we offer a variety of top skirts and covers, spouts, incl. conus ones, covered with a lap, fully open bottom, etc.
All FIBC, big bags can be manufactured with dust proof seams limiting leakage of product and penetration of dust inside.
FIBC, big bags can be supplied with a polyethylene inner liner.

D/ according to where lifting loops are sewn:
1. FIBC with Loops stitched to the vertical seams of the big bags, manufactured out of flat or circular fabric/ ;

E/ Q-bags /Baffle bags:
Q-bags, also known as Baffle bags are the ideal solution to the swelling of standard FIBC
after filling them up. Constructed with an internal webbing Q-bags retain the initial shape so
reducing space requirements at increased stability and thus making both storage and trans-
port with Q-bags more efficient.
