Piano Bars

One of the best ways to relax after a stressful week is to join Bulgarians in their favourite pastime: going out with friends. Piano bars, a recent arrival on the local entertainment scene, are a perfect venue for live jazz, soul and evergreen music lovers.

Expect a professional musician or a group of musicians performing a mix of covers and/or their own music. At some piano bars the waiters – more often than not young professionals themselves - also join in. Most piano bars have both well-known artists and new talent on their bills and put their weekly programmes online.
