"PLAN 31 Prefabricated Structures" OOD (Bulgaria) was founded in 1998 as a partner of Plan31 Mernök Kft. Hungary.
The company offers constructive solutions and professional engineering services in the construction of commercial and industrial enterprises, large-storage, representative office buildings, skyscrapers.
With 31 years plan to strengthen the construction market as a reliable and trustworthy partner of a large number of large investors from Western Europe and the country. Successful projects have been implemented in Russia, Kazakhstan and Croatia.
The Company operates in full coordination with contractors, designers and builders to achieve a detailed and cost-effective design solutions.
Until now, Plan works with 31 highly qualified engineers, architects and consultants offering services of Chief Designer, through the preparation of a complete set of construction projects on all the legal provisions laid down in parts.

Projects implemented by us and our specialists:
1. hangar REPAIR AIRCRAFT TO Lufthansa Technik Sofia - complex includes five lines for repair and painting of midsize aircraft and a hangar for aircraft AirbusA380-900, vklyuchitelnorabotilnitsi, warehouses, offices, kitchen and stolovaza workers. The project includes:
• Hangar 3 - reconstruction of the existing hangar construction of two lines of "D checks" and boyadisvanena aircraft

3. BUSINESS CENTER Sopharma - Litex - represents a complex business and administrative-commercial center. It is composed of three skyscrapers with visochinasaotvetno 16, 19 and 22 floors and adjacent low-rise service buildings with ground and underground levels.
